Red Bull Racing Spices Up Aston Martin V8 and V12 Vantage S

The special edition models are an homage to the F1 team

We're one year away from the launch of Aston Martin and Red Bull Racing's 001 hypercar, but the companies have also collaborated on another project.

We're talking about the V8 and V12 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Editions, which are highly-customized models designed with help from the F1 team.

Unveiled just in time for the start of the 2017 FIA Formula 1 World Championship on 26 March, the V8 and V12 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Editions have been built by the automaker's in-house personalization service, Q by Aston Martin.

Both Vantage Red Bull Racing Editions add a range of unique features for Formula 1 enthusiasts, starting with the paintwork inspired by the F1 team's race livery. The Vantage models get a deep Mariana Blue paint finish as standard, but gloss Tungsten Silver or satin Mariana Blue exteriors are also available.

The models also sport race-inspired carbon fiber parts, including the splitter, diffuser, grille, and side strakes, as well as red infills on the carbon fiber grille and yellow calipers.

The same theme continues inside, with Red Bull Racing headrest embroidery, carbon fiber trim inlays, diamond-quilting, and an Alcantara-wrapped steering wheel with 12 o'clock accent stripe.

Customers will have the possibility to have their sill and final inspection plaques signed by either Daniel Ricciardo or Max Verstappen, adding to the cars' exclusivity.

Aston Martin will begin deliveries of the V8 and V12 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Editions in the second quarter of this year.
