Henrik Fisker’s New Company To Show Off “Force 1” Coupe In Detroit

The vehicle promises seductive yet muscular coupe lines coupled with supercar performance

While Henrik Fisker may no longer be part of Fisker Automotive, which has since changed its name to Karma Automotive, he is by no means out of the game. He left his stylistic on the Galpin Rocket Mustang and is now penning his next model simply called “Force 1.”

The vehicle promises seductive yet muscular coupe lines coupled with supercar performance. Interestingly, it’s been announced with a naturally aspirated power plant, although we don’t know the configuration or displacement of the unit as of yet.

Also, while Fisker may be providing knowhow on the design front, technical aspects will be equally as important for this project. For instance, the engine, while non-force fed, promises one of the highest outputs of any such units currently available – it will make “extreme power” according to the man himself, and also handle pretty well too.

The Force 1 debuts at the Detroit auto show in 2016.

EDIT: The model debuted under the "VLF" brand name, riding on the latest V10 Viper underpinnings while also retaining that car's engine.
