2018 Bentley Continental GT, GTC Mules Spied on the Nurburgring

The new Conti looks a lot like the EXP 10 Speed 6 Concept, and that is fantastic news

Here are the first photos with the next generation Bentley Continental GT, expected to debut in 2018.

Covered in camo panels, it surely looks horrible, but you can already see its sleekness. Expect a new Conti with less roundness and more groundedness (if not smaller also).

The 2018 Continental GT (and its convertible sibling GTC) will share the platform with the current generation Porsche Panamera. Firstly, it is expected to be lighter, hence more performant and more fuel efficient – a treatment every new car gets. Plus, the actual Conti’s Rubensian roundness comes with a hefty amount of kilos, so basically a diet is what it needs the most.

Engine-wise, it will most probably adopt Porsche’s bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 unit (542 hp, 568 lb-ft) for the ‘entry-level’ version, along with the recently-developed bi-turbo 6.0-liter W12 unit (600 hp, 664 lb-ft) already found in the Bentayga.

We barely wait to see it less covered in camo.
