The mid-size SUV is due for a mid-cycle refresh next year
Although it was released in the US in 2016, the Envision is already subject to a refresh for the 2018 model year.
We don’t expect any changes under its bonnet, so the lineup will consist of the same 2.0-liter turbo and 2.5-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder units, with 252 hp and 197 hp, respectively.
The entry-level 2.5-liter version comes with both front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive, while the more powerful turbocharged 2.0-liter four-pot is available with all-wheel-drive only.
As for now, information on this subtle refresh is scarce, with the most noticeable change being a new grille and the new Buick emblem (as featured on 2017 LaCrosse).
We will surely discover more as the refreshed Envision approaches its due date, sometime in fall 2017.
