The Sport Touring package only brings styling updates to the flagship sedan

Buick is introducing a new model for the 2019 LaCrosse lineup called Sport Touring (ST). Don’t get too excited about it, though: it doesn't turn Buick's flagship into a sports sedan.
The Sport Touring treatment only updates the LaCrosse’s exterior, bringing body color grille surround and side vents (finished in chrome on other models), as well as a subtle rear spoiler, black mesh grille, 19-inch midnight silver wheels, and “ST” badging on the trunk lid. We wonder what Ford will think of that badge.

Buick offers the LaCrosse ST with five available exterior color options: White Frost Tricoat, Satin Steel Metallic, Quicksilver Metallic, Red Quartz Tintcoat, and Ebony Twilight Metallic.
[NativeAd]As with most other LaCrosse models, the 2019 LaCrosse Sport Touring comes with a standard 3.6-liter V6 engine mated to a nine-speed automatic transmission. The unit delivers 310 hp at 6,800 rpm and 268 lb-ft (363 Nm) of torque from 5,200 rpm, and returns an EPA-estimated 20 mpg city/30 mpg highway. Prices for the LaCrosse ST start at $40,295, including a $925 destination fee.

Along with the new ST model, the 2019 LaCrosse lineup also features additional changes. These include two new exterior colors (Carrageen Metallic and Pewter Metallic), as well as a new air ionizer that is now offered as standard on the Avenir model.
