It all started with aluminum
On July 10, 2018, Bentley started celebrating its 100th year of existence, marking the moment with a cinematic video called ‘Together we are Extraordinary: The Story of Bentley Motors.’
The minute-and-a-half clip signed by “Oscar-winning visual effects company, The Mill” starts with the founder Walter Owen Bentley and hints to the aluminum piston design, the first important innovation with which Bentley meet the automotive world.
It then goes on and reminds us of the Bentley Boys and Girls, the group of (wealthy) automotive enthusiasts who promoted the brand’s sports spirit in the 1920s. We’re sure all the featured stories in this short clip will be detailed in the upcoming year, and we’re all ears.
