BMW is making a more rakish looking crossover compared to its X1, one which they’ve dubbed X2 and are set to launch it at the upcoming Frankfurt motor show.
The automaker says X2 “still has some time to go before its highly anticipated world premiere,” and “even though it’s still in its development phase, the latest Sports Activity Coupé from the BMW X family set off on an exploration trip into its future environment – the urban jungle.”
The X2’s body is wrapped in what could best be described as colorful urban camo, but we can see its quite aggressively sloped rear glass, as well as the big and quite horizontal tail lights. The front end fascia looks different to that of the X1, with more aggressive looking headlights and big gaping mouth on the bumper.
