Camouflaged BMW X7 prototype bashes the Nurburgring into submission

Because even large, seven-seater SUVs get their final dynamic seal of approval on track these days

BMW is making sure you will be able to make your entire family sick in its upcoming full-sized seven-seater X7, a model which is to sit above the X5 in the German automaker’s range. A camouflaged X7 prototype was recently spotted by our spies testing on the Nurburgring where it looked rather out of place.

You don’t even need a video to see how much this lofty lump of German steel rolls through the bends – photos show that quite evidently.

But it’s highly doubtful that anybody will drive an X7 in a similar manner to a BMW test driver on track, though, as the main requirement from a vehicle such as itself is comfort.

BMW plans to launch the X7 in 2018, although no venue has been officially chosen for its unveiling yet.
