Citroen Reveals Bold CXPERIENCE Concept Prior to Paris Debut

It’s the usual motor show stunner from the dual chevron manufacturer, the most recent in a long line of showstoppers

The Citroen of recent years is known for its edgy, futuristic but still aesthetically pleasing design studies, a trend that looks set to continue with the CXPERIENCE concept that’s set to be unveiled at the Paris motor show.

It won’t be the manufacturer’s main event though, as that distinction is reserved for the unveiling of the all-new C3, a car we know will have a Cactus face.

CXPERIENCE concept is much bigger than a city-bound C3, though, measuring 4.85 meters in length. Coupled with its 2 meter width and very low roofline not exceeding 1.37 meters in height, it looks quite sporty and planted.

The study’s powertrain has a turbocharged gasoline engine and electric motor combo which is good for up to 300 combined horsepower. However, with a battery pack capable of holding just 3.3 kWh of charge, its electric can’t be the 60 km claimed by Citroen…

However, as with all Citroen concepts, none of that will matter as everybody will mesmerized by the design and CXPERIENCE will be all the rage with motor show crowds, possibly even overshadowing the main reveal (the C3).
