Faraday Future FF 91 quits drag racing for laid back driving

Acts like the most casual EV we’ve seen

After taking it all out against the world in a teaser video before the launch of its FF 91 EV, Faraday Future goes laidback with new promo clip.

The main subject, of course, is the FF 91 which this time, drifts away from battling the likes of Bentley Bentayga and Tesla Model X P100D on the drag strip. Instead, it takes to the road, where most people will likely use it 99% of the time.

Called Emergence, the eerie video shows the FF 91 out and about on public roads.

On that note, we'd be more interested in getting a better glimpse at the electric vehicle's NASA-inspired cockpit surrounded by dimming windows all around.

Elsewhere, order books are open for the 1,050-horsepower ecomobile that promises a maximum range of 378 miles (700 km). All you need to do is place a $5,000 deposit and give it some patience.
