It’s now the Fiesta Sport Van with ST styling details

Ford Fiesta can now be ordered in van guise, which does away with rear seating and glass in favor of extra carrying capacity. And even if it sounds like a very utilitarian version, one you’d buy if you needed the load lugging ability, you can get it in sporty ST Line guise to keep things fun.

Two engines will be offered: a 1.0-liter EcoBoost three-cylinder turbo with 125 hp or a 100 hp 1.5-liter TDCI diesel and in both configurations it has a maximum carrying capacity of 500 kg – objects as long as 1.3 meters can fit in the back.

But it’s no pared down commercial version, as it comes with sporty ST-inspired styling details, SYNC infotainment, as well as “a comprehensive suite of available technologies includes Ford’s Pre‑Collision Assist with Pedestrian Detection emergency braking system, Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Information System and Active Park Assist with Perpendicular Parking" and "Cross Traffic Alert to support easy and safe parking, plus Traffic Sign Recognition and Adjustable Speed Limiter."
