Lamborghini Huracan Performante Sypder is a symphony for the senses

At least that’s what Henry Catchpole says and we can’t disagree

Lamborghini shook the Nurburgring when the Huracan Performante took the Green Hell by storm and set a record time lap time of 6:52.1 on the Nordschleife.

Some months after, the Italians launched the open-top Huracan Performante Spyder at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show and it left us breathless thanks to the technological package shared with the hard-top Performante and its stunning looks.

Speaking of which, the sans-top Huracan Performante relies on the same 5.2-liter naturally-aspirated V10 making 640 PS (630 hp) and 600 Nm of torque.

It’s also freakishly quick and fast – 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) happens in 3.1 seconds and top speed sits at 325 km/h (202 mph).

But there’s something about this supercar that transcends the records, the insane specs and the Lamborghini legacy, as Carfection’s Henry Catchpole had the chance to discover in the video below.

Do not miss it!
