Lamborghini Urus Coupé rendering looks better than the original

Don’t you think?

We’re sorry (no, we’re not) for bringing another Urus-related topic to your attention, but this image from Pixel Land caught our attention.

Probably one of this year’s most intensely-covered cars, the new Lamborghini Urus super-SUV has been spreading on the internet like wildfire.

We’ve seen how it fares (on paper) against the Porsche Cayenne and Bentley Bentayga but we’ve also had a fair share of pre- and post-launch renderings, including the speculative Performante and more utilitarian variants.

So, what was left unexplored? A Lamborghini Urus Coupé, of course.

For what it’s worth, we’re glad X-Tomi’s rendering drops the rear doors together with those handles horribly placed on the wheel arches – Ferruccio was probably turning in his grave at the time of launch. In any case, even with the loss in practicality, a coupé version (even if it’s based on a hunchback SUV) serves better the dose of sportiness Lamborghini has been so keen to inject the Urus with.

As ever, we’re looking for your opinion on the matter, so don’t hesitate to use the comments section below.

On that note, you’ve probably heard that Ferrari will spawn an SUV-shaped competitor for Lambo’s Urus. Here’s all we know so far.
