TopCar is on the verge of making the super SUV look even angrier than in factory spec
Like it or not, the Lamborghini Urus is the most extreme SUV on the market today. However, that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement — which in this case means making it look even more aggressive.
Russian tuner TopCar Design has assumed this mission and judging from the first sketches they released the Urus will undergo a significant makeover. The body kit includes a meaner-looking lower front end with with four slats instead of three on the lower grille, bigger winglets framing the outer air intakes, and a different bonnet with two vents in the middle.
The side profile looks more aggressive as well thanks to the bigger alloy wheels, sharper skirts, and boomerang-shaped front fender element. But the rear end offers the most spectacular view thanks to the massive diffuser with oversized slats, the modified spoilers, the taillights with a white background, and the gloss black trim that flanks the rear gills.
It looks like TopCar also plans to offer two different sets of exhaust tips: a quad setup with round tailpipes, or two enormous pentagon-shaped tips. Whatever the choice, a red finish is standard.
Last but not least, the striking green paintwork with contrasting grey mirror caps manages to lend the Urus a high-performance, military look. There are no sketches of the cabin, but knowing TopCar the interior should get a big overhaul as well.
There's no word yet on a possible power boost for the Urus' 650-hp 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 unit, but we guess that's in the cards as well. After all, TopCar's customers will want their Urus to go faster in addition to the styling upgrade.
