The Discovery Sport is also the fastest-selling Land Rover of all time
Land Rover sold more than 350,000 Discovery Sport SUVs since the model’s introduction in 2014, and 126,078 of them last year alone. The model’s 2017 performance represents record-breaking single-year sales for any model in the company's 70-year history.
To mark this milestone, Land Rover is giving its fastest-selling model of all time a special version called Landmark Edition. Available to order now, the Discovery Sport Landmark Edition is offers a unique color and trim combination.
The special edition model is available in three exterior colors (Narvik Black, Corris Grey, and Yulong White), all combined with a Carpathian Grey contrasting roof. A sporty front bumper, Graphite Atlas exterior accents, and 19-inch Mantis wheels in Gloss Dark Grey complete the exterior updates.
Inside, the Land Rover Discovery Sport Landmark Edition combines Ebony grained leather seats with an Ebony headliner and dark aluminum trim around the center console. The automaker offers only two Ingenium engines for the special edition Discovery Sport: the 180-hp 2.0-liter Td4 turbo diesel engine and the 240-hp 2.0-liter Si4 gasoline unit. As with all engines in the Discovery Sport range, both units feature particulate filters for cleaner emissions.
The Discovery Sport Landmark Edition is available to order now, with prices starting from £40,400 in the UK.
