Listen to the intake whine of the Demon and the Hellcat and choose your winner

Which one sounds better?

In terms of power and performance, there's no question the Demon is clearly the winner.

The Demon is Dodge’s finest: its 840 hp 6.2-liter HEMI, designed to run on 100+ high-octane fuel, is the brand's most powerful V8 to date. Subsequently, the Demon is the fastest quarter-mile car in the world, passing the quarter-mile (400-meter) mark 9.65 seconds after the launch. Actually, it's so powerful that Dodge can't release it in the world without a specific set of restrictions.

The Hellcat — which recently received a wide-body upgrade — is the Challenger’s slightly milder version, although this pumped muscle car means no joke either: it packs 707 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque, enough for a 3.6-second 0-to-60 mph sprint.

This video, however, doesn’t try to set one against each other in a drag race but to find out which one sounds better. So turn up your speakers and listen to some serious V8 growl (and the implicit intake whining sound).
