Mercedes Spotted Testing Super Hot GLC63 AMG Coupe

It will complete the range alongside the non-coupe GLC63

After spotting the 63 AMG version of the Mercedes GLC, our spies have now also snapped up the coupe-like version of the same car sporting aggressive body treatment. Both are believed to derive their power from the same twin-turbo V8 found powering other top tier AMG models, yet they will undoubtedly receive specific chassis tuning to set them apart on the road.

As is the case with the driving manners of the BMW X3 and X4 (the latter is a sharpened up version of the former, with a coupe roofline), the GLC Coupe will probably have the handling edge over the regular non-Coupe version.

The only real direct rival for would be the X4M, if BMW decides to make it, that is, and less coupe-like models like the Jaguar F-Pace SVR or Porsche’s Macan Turbo.

The GLC63 Coupe will wear a slight body kit, ride on larger bespoke design rims and exhale through a pair of beefy quad exhausts at the back. It will also feature detail changes all around, as well as AMG badges and a unique grille.
