Priced from €55,260 and available now

Mercedes has introduced what it calls the Night Edition for its V-Class people mover which bestows it with an AMG-like look and promises savings over speccing the parts individually.

Buyers will save up to €2,300, according to the manufacturer, and the extras that the Night Edition has really transform its look. Firstly, it rides on seven-spoke AMG 19-inch rims and all bits of chrome or shiny exterior trim have been replaced with blacked out variants.

Inside it gets comfort seats clad in black Nappa leather, leather look dashboard wrap both of which get contrasting stitching, as well as a sporty looking black headliner.

Power comes from an untohched V250d powertrain, so it provides 190 hp and is actually pretty nippy – you can check out our own written and video road test review of the V250d to see what it’s like to drive and live with.

Deliveries of the V250d Night Edition start this June; you can already order one now.
