Open-top Dodge Challenger SRT Demon looks seriously out of context

The Demon wears nada

The stupendous amount of world-first achievements and mechanical wizardry Dodge has been breathing inside the Challenger SRT Demon revolves around a simple yet beautiful concept: balance. And that's something a Demon convertible would throw under the bus.

First of all, the driver would choke in heavy burnout smoke, and an astronaut helmet is out of the question. Bummer.

Secondly, the cabrio version would need additional chassis reinforcement and body strengthening work – thus more weight – to keep it in one piece under the tremendous launch forces. As a quick reminder, the Demon cranks up 840 horsepower and 770 lb-ft of maximum torque.

Somehow, that didn't stop X-Tomi Design from moving a few pixels and chopping off the Demon's roof, thus presenting an open-air version of the Demon.

Question is, could you live with it on a daily basis?
