Skoda Superb Sportline Plus brings the goodies for UK buyers

New SKODA Superb Sportline

It’s what people wanted, says Skoda

Those in the market for a Skoda Superb are now presented with a new range-topping trim under the Sportline Plus name.

Sportline Plus picks up where Sportline left off (so the exterior design package is still on the table) and adds the likes of Columbus sat nav, a 9.2-inch central touchscreen display, Wi-Fi and heated front seats.

On the practicality side Sportline introduces an electrically-operated boot while safety credentials are upped via blind spot detection. On the engagement side, drives now get progressive dynamic steering and a sport chassis that’s 15 mm closer to the ground.

You’ll also be able to choose between two diesels and three petrol engines mixable with all-wheel drive and the six-speed DSG automatic gearbox.

The design package we mentioned above includes 19-inch Anthracite Vega alloy wheels, tweaked bumpers and black bits and bobs (grille, side mirrors and window surrounds) as well as a black rear spoiler for the hatchback version. The estate model gets black roof rails.

Deliveries have kicked off and the Skoda Superb Sportline Plus can be had for a starting price of £29,330.
