Tesla’s core model dresses in satin black vinyl

Tesla tuner T Sportline has something in store for Model 3 owners who are looking to boost their EV's cool factor. We give you T Sportline's "Project Vader" Satin Black Model 3, which draws inspiration from the Model 3 concept introduced two years ago and features new accessories and appearance options.

T Sportline's creation is the world's first Tesla Model 3 wrapped in 3M's satin black vinyl. Every panel of the EV has been covered by hand at the tuner's West Hollywood, California facility, with the car drawing inspiration from the matte black concept car that was part of the Model 3's unveiling two years ago.

Besides the vinyl wrap, the custom Model 3 also features darkened exterior glass courtesy of 3M's Crystalline window tint, as well as painted brake calipers and Tesla's logo text in black instead of white.

Stealthy exterior aside, T Sportline is also offering a splash of color for the Model 3's interior, something that isn't available on Tesla's options list. Customers can have the Insignia Design "Seat Upgrade Kit" that replaces the standard black synthetic vegan fabric with one of five color options, available in either synthetic or genuine leather.

There's also the option to add different colored seat inserts and three-lined Insignia inserts. All of these come with complementing gray stitching matching the OEM factory stitching.

Rounding off the interior upgrades is a new carbon fiber dashboard which replaces the standard open pore wood dash decor. The carbon fiber inserts feature a matte UV protective clear coat so they can last as long as the car.

All the custom parts are available to order this spring, with the vehicle wrap treatment starting from $4,000.
