Tankenstein is the only hotrod tank in the world

Tankenstein

Watch in action a unique vehicle built around a tank

Sure, military historians might point out that the basis of Tankenstein is actually a tracked personnel carrier, but for the sake of the argument and the great name, let's just stick with "tank".

The vehicle is the creation of Shawn Cormier, from Ontario, Canada, who has spent five years building this thing. The hotrod is built using the chassis and tracks that came from a Bren Gun Carrier. The drivetrain and the engine came from a Chevrolet. The top part is taken from a 1947 Mercury truck. This hodgepodge of parts lives up to the Tankenstein name.
