Watch the TechArt Porsche 911 GTstreet R do 0 to 62 mph in 2.5 seconds

If you thought the stock Porsche 911 Turbo S was quick, think again

A 3.8-liter, six-cylinder boxer engine cranking out 720 hp and 950 Nm (700 lb-ft) can take you far quicker than you can spell Nine-Eleven.

But while TechArt's Porsche 911 GTstreet R isn't in the business to win beauty contests, the technological package injected in the Neunelfer stands for blasting to 62 mph (100 km/h) from a standstill in just 2.5 seconds.

As if the shooting skills weren't impressive enough, there's a tremendous amount of pull potential just waiting for a trigger factor. In this case, Shmee150's right foot on the gas pedal.

If you're wondering about that time's accuracy, fret not. A Racelogic Vbox monitored and recorded the data that confirms the 911 GTstreet R's stupidly fast off the line reflexes.

It's all captured in the video below.
