But Audi insists they’re there
The redesigned Audi A4 and Audi A4 Avant are here with minimal changes brought to their appearance.
So, without further ado, the 2019 Audi A4 and Audi A4 Avant get what Ingolstadt calls ‘dynamic highlights’ that in reality are resumed to a tweaked front-end design.
The changes include new aluminum trim for the lower air inlets and the S line exterior package that tweaks the bumpers front and back ‘with a sportier look.’
The S line pack also comes with a 3D-look front grille and two trapezoidal tailpipes that come to replace the standard round ones. Audi also tells us its designers took the time to come up with new wheels, available in sizes ranging from 16 to 19 inches.
There’s also the S line competition pack that adds an RS-like rear spoiler on the Audi A4 Avant, the Turbo Blue body paint, 19-inch Audi Sport wheels, red brake calipers, sport suspension and LED headlights.
Cabin-wise, the S line competition bundle supplements the existing environment with carbon fiber inlays and a three-spoke steering wheel and partial leather sport seats. Optionally, customers can get the real deal: S sport seats.
