Yup, it’s spicy, alright
Audi has revealed additional pricing and trim information on the US-bound new 2019 A7.
That’s how we know the new A7 range is split between three versions, namely Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. Premium starts at $68,000, while Premium Plus requires at least $72,400. For the A7 Prestige, customers will have to prepare to let go of $76,300, without vectoring in any optional features. As usual, these prices do not include the $995 destination fee or other taxes and dealer charges.
Powertrain-wise, the new Audi A7 will try to lure customers with a 3-liter V6 TFSI turbocharged engine twinned with a seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends the powerplant’s 335 hp and 369 lb-ft to all for corners via Audi’s quattro all-wheel-drive system.
[NativeAd]In this configuration, the new 2019 Audi A7 can reach 60 mph from a standstill in 5.2 seconds. As of the 2019 model year, the A7 is fitted with mild-hybrid tech in the form of a 48-volt electrical system stored under the trunk.
As it is customary in the premium echelons these days, the new Audi A7 is an exhibition of technology thanks to two digital displays. The larger one (8.8 in on Premium models and 10.1 in on the rest) is used to control the infotainment functions while the lower, 8.6-inch screen handles the climate control and other various comfort-related features.
Premium models get LED headlights with LED DRLs as standard, Premium Plus adds HD Matrix LED headlights and dynamic front turn indicators while Prestige packs the same HD Matrix LED headlights but with Audi laser light, as indicated by the blue X in the lower portion of the headlight.
