These changes are part of updates for the 2017 model year in Europe
Land Rover is celebrating the sale of more than 520,000 Evoque models worldwide with a new red and black themed Ember Limited Edition. Available to order for a three-month period in summer 2016, the Evoque Ember Limited Edition builds on the HSE Dynamic trim level with some striking exterior and interior details.
The limited edition Evoque features a Firenze Red roof, a contrasting Santorini Black body color and matching exterior design elements, including the front and rear tow eye covers. The vehicle also sports unique "Evoque" tailgate badging in black with a silver surround, and Narvik Black "Range Rover" lettering on the engine hood.
Other distinguishing elements are the Satin Black 20-inch alloy wheels, Dynamic black exhaust finishers, Dynamic Narvik Black grille and smoked front and rear lights. Inside, the "Ember" theme continues with Ebony Black seats sporting a contrasting Pimento Red stitch, black and red carpet mats and Gloss Black trim finishes.
In addition to the Ember Limited Edition, the Range Rover Evoque gets new features for the 2017 model year, including the next-generation InControl Touch Pro infotainment system complete with a 10.2-inch touchscreen, street view map options, and a customizable home screen.
Land Rover says InControl Touch Pro provides faster responses and more intuitive operation. The infotainment system will be introduced from launch on the Evoque Convertible and will become an option on the Evoque Coupé and Five-door.
Another update for the Evoque family is the Graphite Design Pack for HSE Dynamic and Autobiography trim levels. The package includes unique Satin Technical Grey 20-inch alloy wheels, Dynamic grille in Narvik Black with a Satin Dorchester Grey Surround, and tow eye outer covers front and rear in the same grey tone.
A black contrast roof, hood and tailgate lettering, smoked headlights and taillights, and Dynamic black exhaust finishers round out the changes on HSE Dynamic models. Autobiography models add black detailing on the door mirror caps, bonnet louvers, foglight surrounds, fender vents and tailgate finisher. Finally, Land Rover will offer four new premium metallic paint finishes – Aruba, Farallon Black, Carpathian Grey and Silicon Silver.
