An unexpected boost of fervent anticipation for the refreshed show’s start
After ditching its first stab at a new main presenter and supporting cast, Top Gear looks like it’s back and it’s going to be much better than before. Granted, that is a hunch based purely on the trailer they released, but boy, what a trailer!
We were blown away not only by the artistic quality of the footage tidbits cut and pasted into the one minute-long trailer. The quality of shooting and editing was never a problem the reborn show had, but what it lacked was chemistry between the presenters and a sense they were genuinely having fun for our entertainment.
Well, this 24th season looks like it’s thankfully going to address that issue and we honestly can’t wait for it to start; first episode airs March 5.
