Hennessey’s Exorcist Camaro generates 959 hp and 756 lb-ft at the rear wheels

We interrupt the regular broadcast for a show of power from the Van Helsing of the muscle car scene

With the Dodge Demon out, Hennessey's Exorcist Camaro flexes its muscle on the dyno and boy, it does not disappoint.

Hennessey Performance uploaded a video on YouTube showing the Exorcist – formerly a factory-spec Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 – strapped on the dyno as it lays down 959 hp at the rear wheels.

Also, dyno readings showed maximum torque values of 756 lb-ft (Europe, that's 1,025 Nm in case you were wondering). And no, the LT4 V8 does not run on holy water.

Instead, Hennessey Performance brought a larger supercharger, custom engine management settings and extra gearbox tweaks (only required for the 10-speed automatic). On demand, Hennessey can install an upgraded drive shaft and Nitto drag radial tires.

Moreover, there's been a hot debate in comment sections around the internet on whether Hennessey's Exorcist is a "legit" Demon killer, as some pointed out it's not a factory model, like the evil 2018 Dodge Charger SRT Demon.

So let's move the rant over here. Is a potential fight between The Exorcist and the Demon a fair one?
