The 300 SL is one of the most – if not THE most – sought after classic Mercs out there and the privilege of driving one doesn’t come to all mortals.
F1 champ Nico Rosberg, however, happens to own one and he’s not letting it gather layers of dust in his garage. No, sir. He drives it, like every other owner out there should.
In this vlog, the former F1 driver and 2016 World Champion chose Monaco as the setting, right on the streets where he used to push his F1 car to the limit back when he was racing for Mercedes-AMG Petronas.
Naturally, with the 300 SL, everything happens at a much lower speed, but with way more class. Now, the juicy part of the video happens towards the end, when Nico decides it's time to put the 300 SL through its paces on the roads outside Monaco.
Jealous? You should be. We know we are. However, there aren’t many 300 SL owners who decide it’s best to give their cars a proper manhandling.
