Keen on giving the Tiguan a little more design flair? Then you might want to check out the Black Style R-Line design pack VW has in store for its crossover.
There are a few conditions, though. Volkswagen says the pack can be had solely on Comfort and Highline Tiguan versions with the following body colors: Mother-of-Pearl Effect Oryx White, Pure White, Indium Grey Metallic and Pearl-Effect Deep Black for the Tiguan.
Fancy naming aside, the new pack also brings R-style bumpers and roof spoiler (painted black), 19-inch black alloys, black roof rails, and tinted rear side windows said to absorb up to 90 percent of light. The black thematic continues for the mirror caps, bumper strip, window strips, and radiator grille.
Inside, changes include the addition of an R-Line multifunction sports steering wheel.
As you’ve probably assumed, the Tiguan’s mechanical assets remain unchanged.
Volkswagen will provide the Black Style R-Line package for the Tiguan to customers willing to pay €3,365. Moreover, the 19-inch allow wheels can be replaced with larger 20-inch ones, but that will require €490 more.
