Porsche Mission E EV Goes Winter Testing (Again) in Panamera Attire

New info is scarce on the upcoming Mission E, though

Besides working with other fellow carmakers on a fast-charging network that's even compatible with Tesla's EVs, Porsche is also in full testing phase of the Mission E all-electric sedan.

Spyshots from a couple of weeks ago showed the test mule hiding beneath a Panamera body, which is not an Alltrack/Scout-style Panamera, but the Mission E electric sedan.

The same scenario repeats with the second batch of photos sent in by our spy photographers at VW's test base in northern Finland.

A jacked-up Panamera body was the solution for concealing battery packs and electric motors. Speaking of which: reports say the Mission E will rival Tesla's Model S with 530 km (330 miles) worth of maximum range.

Last but not least, the Mission E is said to sprint from 0 to 62 mph (100 km/h) in 3.5 seconds and offer 15-minute charging sessions to 80% of the battery's capacity.
