2018 Genesis G90 receives LED headlights, rear seat entertainment setup

A subtle tech-oriented nip and tuck to keep the customer interested

Hyundai's luxury arm improves the G90 for the 2018MY with a couple of tweaks meant to make life easier and more fun on board the large sedan.

The list is the opposite of comprehensive, but it includes full LED headlights with dynamic bend light – now a standard feature on the 3.3T Premium version and a rear entertainment setup consisting of two 10.3-inch HD monitors for the 5.0 Ultimate version.

Furthermore, Genesis says every G90 trim comes standard with a CD/DVD player hidden inside the glovebox.

There's no word on other changes, so everything else stays the same. As some of you probably know by now, the Genesis G90 can be had in two flavors – one uses a 5.0-liter V8 (420 hp, 383 lb-ft) while the other relies on the 3.3-liter V6 (365 hp, 376 lb-ft).

Both can be matched on demand with the brand's H-TRAC AWD system.

At the passengers' disposal is also the Intelligent Drive Mode Setup with its four driving modes: Eco, Smart, Sport, and Individual, plus an adaptive suspension relying on electronic damping to manage the car's body motion and thus improve comfort inside the cabin.
