‘New name, same great value’ – Hyundai
Prices are in for the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, which also gets a name change: the long wheelbase, three-row model is now called Santa Fe XL while the five-seater Santa Fe Sport becomes Santa Fe.
Marketing stuff aside, the most affordable 2019 Santa Fe XL costs $30,850.
For this kind of money, customers get the SE trim and front-wheel drive, as well as the 3.3-liter V6 GDI married to a six-speed automatic gearbox, 18-inch wheels, hill-start assist control and downhill brake control, and a 7-inch infotainment system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, among other features.
If you’re keen to add all-wheel drive, then the 2019 Santa Fe XL starts at $32,600 for the same SE trim. Moreover, the XL Limited FWD Ultimate starts at $39,550, while the XL Limited AWD Ultimate will require at least $41,300.
There’s also the SE Premium Package priced at $3,650, which brings the likes of blind spot detection, rear-cross traffic alert, power side mirrors, six-way adjustable front passenger seat, and leather wrapping for the steering wheel and shift knob.
