What’s more, Mazda says its sleek sedan now offers the G-Vectoring Control Plus gimmick as standard on all 2019 Mazda 6 trim levels as well as the full i-Activesense safety suite.
The range is split between five grades – Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve, and Signature. Sport starts at $23,800 while Signature will require at least $35,100.
As far as the engine choice is concerned, the 2019 Mazda 6 Sport gets a 2.5-liter Skyactiv-G gasoline engine good for 187 hp and 186 lb-ft of torque. It also features the likes of cylinder deactivation and is twinned to a six-speed automatic transmission with a dedicated Sport mode.
The Mazda 6 Grand Touring, however, is fitted with a 2.5-liter turbo gasoline mill which outputs 250 hp (227 on 87 octane gasoline) and 310 lb-ft of twist.
Amenities-wise, every 2019 Mazda 6 packs High Beam Control, LED headlights and taillights, 17-inch alloys and dual exhausts. Mazda’s Connect infotainment system is also present here and complements the six-speaker audio system, leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob.
