The latest Shelby Super Snake is something the guys (and girls) at Shelby American are specialized in: raw power, mean looks, coolness level 999
When someone at Shelby American asked how much power should the 2018 Super Snake have, there was only one answer: at least 710 hp and, why the heck not, up to 800 hp. Plus. So, they cranked the supercharged Ford 5.0L V8 to eleven, added a new Penske suspension and brakes able to handle the power increase and fine-tuned the resulting machine as to be able to reach 60 mph in just 3.5 from a standstill.
But it's not only about raw performance, and you know it. It's also about the looks, as you can see in our picture gallery. The Super Snake sits on Shelby 20 inch forged aluminum wheels and high-performance tires. Widebody and suspension options are also available, while the interior is upgraded to Shelby specs, CSM badging included.
A limited number of Super Snakes will be built, each one branded with a unique CSM number that will be included in the Official Shelby Registry. Prices start at $113,445. Now watch it in action:
