But does it look fierce enough to be a Bugatti Rival?

Having a go at the likes of Bugatti, or Koenigsegg takes a lot of courage and horsepower, and this Austrian hypercar called Milan Red seems to have them both.

Churning out no less than 1,325 PS (1,306 hp) and 1,400 Nm (1,033 lb-ft) from a quad-turbocharged 6.2-liter V8, Milan Red boasts a 0-62 mph (100 km/h) launch in a mere 2.47 seconds (5.46 seconds for 0-124 mph, 9.98 for the 0-186 mph) and a top speed in excess of 248 mph (that’s 400 km/h).

But going very fast in a straight line, although being impressive, is not what a hypercar is all about. So that’s why the 2,866-pound (1,300-kilogram) Red is letting us know it can withstand a 2.6G lateral force without losing composure.

For quick cornering, Milan Red uses CFRP double wishbones and fully-adjustable anti-roll bars at both ends. Stopping power sounds promising — with 390-mm discs up front, and 380 mm at the rear axle.

Unlike other recent projects, this doesn’t sound just like a wild promise — from the 99-unit annual production, 18 have already been spoken for. Price tag? €2,000,000. Let us know what do you think of it by commenting below.
