Ken Block's Gymkhana videos have a lot of fans and have always inspired a lot of copycats. But now, the American racer has some competition from the inside.
The Romanian branch of Ford Motor Company has produced an impressive Gymkhana-style video to mark the 40th anniversary of the Ford plant in Craiova, Romania.
They've enlisted Simone Tempestini, the country's two-time rally champion and JWRC world champion along with his Ford Fiesta R5.
The Fiesta R5 is a rally car developed by M-Sport, the British manufacturer of Ford's rally car lineup. The R5 uses a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine along with a five-speed sequential gearbox. The engine churns almost 300 hp.
It's the perfect weapon to tackle the Craiova plant playground. Tempestini shows great precision driving through tight spaces inside the factory. Watch the whole thing here:
