This Chevy Truck Once Towed a Ferrari so it Was Customized to Mirror It

It bears little visual resemblance to the 1993 Chevy one ton pickup it’s based on

With a custom body kit and totally different details, this 1993 Chevy pickup looks like a 1980s version of the near future. It apparently was once used to tow a Ferrari and this is why it was changed to look the way it does.

According to the Craigslist ad, it was modified for a “wealthy businessman” who by the looks of the kit applied to the truck owned a Testarossa or something similarly styled.

The vehicle apparently sat for several years in some sort of museum and has 42,000 miles on its odometer. Its engine is a 6.5-liter V8 diesel and the transmission is a four-speed automatic.

It looks in good nick overall and the current owner wants $9,750 for it and it’s located in Eugene, Oregon.
