Transformers 5: The Last Knight is Full of Magnificent Cars, Mayhem, Desperation

The newest trailer shows us a Lambo Centenario, but there’s much more to watch

Transformers 5: The Last Knight is still months away, but we have more and more information about the supercars involved in the new installment of Michael Bay's franchise.

Lots of supercars will fight for humankind's survival – or demise – in the latest Transformers movie, judging from what we know so far. Here are some of them.

Lamborghini Centenario is seen only for a few frames in the latest trailer below but seems to be involved in some kind of end-of-the-world mayhem that suits it just fine. Taken into account that only 40 units have been made, we really hope the film makers used a clone of this precious car in the most dangerous scenes:

Mercedes-AMG GT R looks like an Autobot, because it is. Its name is Drift, and it looks deadly! Michael Bay himself presented a screenshot of the new Autobot on his Facebook account, but there's little detail regarding what this car's role will be.

The new Chevrolet Camaro returns as Bumblebee, but its fate is not so pretty, judging from the trailer. Fingers crossed, Bumblebee!

A custom S550 Mustang, clearly a Decepticon, Barricade, because all the Chevys are good guys in the Transformers saga. Someone had to be the bad one, right?

There are many other supercars (and a Vespa) in the movie, as you can clearly see from the second video below. Wonder what the Aston Martin DB11 (a British-accent bot named Cogman in the movie) role will be.

Anyway, Anthony Hopkins, Mark Wahlberg, and Josh Duhamel joined the cast, so we're in for a treat next summer, when the film will be released on June 23, 2017.
