If you wanted an unofficial look at Jaguar’s close-to-production I-Pace concept painted red, well, here it is. The vehicle was recorded on video while being unloaded from its truck on its way to grace the Jaguar stand at this year’s edition of the Geneva motor show.
You may have thought it looked good in the photos, but that impression does not disappear when its prettiest angles are not overused, like they are in official presentations.
We must say we really like the look of the I-Pace, a model that’s more important for Jaguar than you think. Plus, it’s got all the right ingredients to become a major hit: great style and design, it’s a crossover and it’s electric plus the desirable Jaguar badge.
If it drives as well as it looks, has decent range and is not more expensive than comparable rival models, then we’re betting big money it’s going to sell very well (for what it is).
