It’s a rivalry that’s been going on for half a century
The most powerful Camaro ever built by Chevrolet meets the brutish Shelby GT350R which might pack a lesser punch but can still fight like a brave.
Supervising the two pony cars turned muscle cars are Jason Cammisa and Jonny Lieberman, who, by the way, are not at their first encounted with the Camaro ZL1, as the last time they drove it, the verdict didn't sound too good for the world's supercars.
KBB already pit the two against each other in one comparison that generated plenty of tire smoke, donuts and drag racing, so we expect nonetheless from Motor Trend duo.
They've been said already and overly discussed, but for the sake of it, we'll give you the relevant specs for the two arch rivals.
The Camaro ZL1 has an arsenal of 650 hp and 650 lb-ft thanks to a 6.2-liter V8 while the Ford Shelby Mustang GT350R relies on 526 hp and 429 lb-ft coming from a flat-plane 5.2-liter V8.
