Nissan kicks off 2019 Altima sales with Edition One special

The limited-run model features exclusive styling tweaks

Nissan will start taking reservations for the all-new 2019 Altima sedan on June 15, when buyers will also have the possibility to place a deposit for the Altima Edition One limited-run model.

The launch edition model brings unique styling upgrades including 19-inch dark gray aluminum-alloy wheels, a rear spoiler, external ground lighting, illuminated kick plates, as well as Edition One badging and floor mats. Buyers will have the choice of three exterior colors: Scarlet Ember, Pearl White and Super Black.

Besides the styling tweaks, the launch edition model comes with access to the new Edition One Nissan Concierge, an exclusive premium service that offers a 24/7 live assistant customers can use to make dinner reservations, purchase event tickets, and more. The service is free for the first three years of Edition One ownership, and can be reached in-vehicle or through compatible smart phone, smart watch or smart speaker apps.

The 2019 Nissan Altima Edition One is based on the range-topping Altima Platinum VC-Turbo, which brings a comprehensive standard equipment including leather seats, Bose premium audio system, moonroof, the ProPILOT Assist single-lane “hands-on” driving assistance technology, and the 2.0-liter variable compression turbocharged gasoline engine in an as-yet-unknown specification.

Buyers who enlist in the Edition One reservation program will also be eligible for a choice of premium gift selections, including an Amazon Echo Show plus Amazon Prime membership, a Bose Soundlink Revolve+ plus an Amazon Echo Dot and Amazon Prime membership, or a Series 3 Apple Watch. The gifts are redeemable seven days after vehicle purchase.

Sales of the 2019 Altima, including the Edition One, begin this fall across the United States.
